Subject	Anyone know these guage pods?

Message	What's the deal with these guages exactly? I know they're Apexi, but do they come in the housings like that or are they seperate? Anyone know how are they mounted to the column? I'm interested in just doing a boost guage in that location in a pod like the ones shown. Thanks!
